India Safari Companies
Many international companies offer wildlife and safari tours in India, though there’s no safari-specific licensing organization so a little research prior to booking is advised. Whilst some Indian national parks are easy to access under your own steam, some parks are very out of the way and/or will need local knowledge to get the most out of any visit. In particular, if you’re planning to visit states in the far north east of the country you’ll need a tour company to help you arrange the necessary paperwork, and in some cases to actually accompany you on your trip.
